Flowers are some of our favorite items of God’s creation to create art for kids. Why? Because just like you, there are no two flowers just alike. Each are unique in their design and so are you.
Whether your flowers have faces and personalities like Walt Disney’s did when he started creating Art or if you lean towards a more realistic artwork, flowers are wonderful subjects.
You will discover various art mediums we have used below to create flower in art from crayons, paint to aluminum tape art. Don’t be afraid to mix mediums or try an art lesson with a different art supply. Just create something beautiful!

Discover how to paint flowers using Crayola Markers, watercolors, paper and glue, melted crayons and even your own finger in our Art for Kids videos. Did you know you can paint with markers? It’s so much fun and less mess. You really should try it.
Melted crayon art is a little more advanced. Younger kids will need help and supervision mostly to not burn their fingers with the hair dryer.
